The sugar flower arrangement she created to encircle the cake tiers was so delicate and beautiful, and her use of only the best ingredients really came through in the super fresh flavour of the lemon cake and the luxurious white chocolate ganache.
Meryl’s macarons are so melt-in-the-mouth moreish. The three kinds of macarons we had for our aunt’s 90th birthday, pistachio, raspberry and salted caramel, were created and arranged to absolute perfection – both a visible and edible treat!”
